I'm Starting Over. On a Monday. Take Two!

One of the biggest lessons of 2019 was to take one thing at a time, as they come at me.

Let go of multi tackling.

Do one, move next, do one, move next.

It's good to have a strategy and think things through for the future, but when acting upon them, simplify.

Focus on the essentials and improve on whatever challenge you have.

Meaning, you think about ALL the books you want to read. Instead of scrambling your thoughts on which order, what if you replace one with another, just decide on one and blur out all else.

Read that, move on, read that, move on… and so on with any other task.

And remember, health first, people second, tasks will get done. All good.

It's OK if you fall of the wagon. It's OK if you stop in a train station to take care of somebody else.

Just make sure you hop on as soon as it all clears up.

I'm starting over. On a Monday. Take two.

Ease into this week. The first whole January 2020 week.

Cheers!
