It's a Revolution. A Personal Brand (RE)volution
The most important kind of freedom is to be what you really are. You trade in your reality for a role. You trade in your sense for an act. You give up your ability to feel, and in exchange, put on a mask. There can't be any large-scale revolution until there's a personal revolution, on an individual level. It's got to happen inside first.(Jim Morrison)
This part of my life is called "building the digital dream". The road here was a zig-zag one, but one that I'm deeply grateful for. Without all the lessons life gave me, I wouldn't be the person I am today. I wouldn't be starting the (RE)volution. How did I get here? Keep reading...Personal injustice has always been the main villain in this story. It always irritated me the way people judge and accuse one another, without even listening to eachother's stories. How could some people be so closed-minded and superficial, and taking the easy way out? That brings no evolution. Just comfort zones and indifference.Although all this was something that I did not like, I was also in my own comfort zone. And way deep in it!Maybe my tendency to criticize along the years stemmed from being too much put down by others. Maybe I was reacting to that by showing them they're not perfect either: "You say this and that about me, but hey! Take a look at what YOU can improve!".But then again, I liked to see people bettering themselves because... I now realize that! I have been raised to ask more and more of myself, and always improve and raise standards. The faulty thing here is that I took those standards as validation points, and when I risked being rejected (or not accepted), my self-confidence was decreasing. But it was only a bad habit! I have proven myself to "survive" hard times, achieve things and have people like me, befriend me and fall in love with me. So...Choose to focus more on making this world a little bit better, and less on how people talk about you. Let them go. Your results made you who you are, not their opinions. Focus on doing things right and be kind! Always be kind. Give more than you receive. So worth it!Below is my mission statement. In a world where technology brings us even closer, I want to help you discover your best version and share it with the world in the form of a personal brand that storytells YOU.
I AM the one who sees the worst in you and doesn.t run away. The one who sees the best in you and loves the person you are, while giving you confidence where you may have too little. The one who encourages you to be your best version and evolve each day. Who are you? 😊
I need to help people better themselves and see the best part in who they are, because I once was there, not seeing that... and it's the most disempowering and scary, angry place to be.There's always a brighter side, a solution, a choice to change the situation you are in.And it all starts in the mind and the thoughts we have, in the stories we tell ourselves about the world and our place in it.That's the foundation of first finding out what's the present / current story is, what do you want your story to be in the future... and then think the steps you need to take, plot twists that get you from point A to point B.EVOLUTION. (RE)VOLUTIONThis is the foundation of your personal brand, and what you portray out in the world, how you present yourself in everyday life. All we do influences others, so your story... our stories are intertwined. What we do and how we act matters! Who we become and help others mirror to be matters! That's why this thing I named (RE)volution is not just mine. It's ours. Yours. Each one of us has a story to tell and a best vesion to evolve into.Is this resonating with you? Then please join the tribe. Welcome to OSCAR & SMart. Go get your superhero life!See you tomorrow, the 23rd of August.Have a wonderful evening!Denisa
